Vehicle Inspector
Inspect consigned vehicles across every category we run — cars, classics, motorcycles, motorhomes and equipment — and write the condition report that bidders rely on. You decide what goes in the listing, and your name goes on the report.
Auction Cataloguer & Photographer
Photograph each vehicle properly and write the listing: specs, history, the flaws as well as the highlights. A good catalogue entry is the difference between a lot that sells and one that stalls.
Bidder Support Specialist
Answer the questions that come in on live lots, place phone bids for registered buyers, and walk winners through payment and collection. Auctions end at awkward hours; the shift pattern reflects that.
Transport Coordinator
Book carriers, quote freight for buyers before they bid, and keep the tracking updated from pickup to delivery. Most of our buyers are out of state, so this is the last impression they get of us.
Titling & Payments Clerk
Reconcile winning bids, chase the ones that go quiet, and get titles signed, notarised and mailed to the right address. Careful paperwork is the whole job.
